I had a lovely stay at Lakeside Lodge in a lake view king room. The double-head shower was great, and the pool was beautiful. I did notice the lack of an ice bucket and no coffee packets in the room. I'd recommend this hotel!

I had such a great time celebrating Christmas at this lodge! The lakeside views were fine, and being so close to the Clemson stadium made it easy to enjoy the holiday spirit. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing after our family activities, and the cozy fire pit was the heart of our evening gatherings.
I did experience some hiccups during my stay. The check-in process felt a bit slow, and some staff seemed overwhelmed. It would have been nice to have more attentiveness at the front desk. a fantastic trip, but a little more staff support would really elevate the experience!

I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip and had a pretty great experience! The location is fantastic, right by the lake for some beautiful views, and the rooms are spacious and super clean! I also loved how comfortable the beds were-perfect for catching up on sleep after a long day. Plus, the grounds were well-kept, making it a nice place to unwind.

Honestly, the location is pretty sweet-right by the lake, which is great for a chill vibe! The pool area is awesome, and it was nice to have a space to unwind. Plus, it's a quick drive to the university, so if you're visiting friends, it's super convenient.
But man, the service really brought me down. First, they messed up my room assignment twice, and the staff at check-in were not friendly at all. The bathrooms had some mold, and housekeeping was a mess—old towels left behind and a mini fridge with leftovers from the last guest. Not cool!
